Assessment Tasks

Copy and paste from the following data to produce each assessment task. Write these in plain English and spell out how, when and where the task is to be carried out, under what conditions, and what resources are needed. Include guidelines about how well the candidate has to perform a task for it to be judged satisfactory.

Make informed decisions in consultation with supervisor in relation to specific work to be undertaken and services to be provided to people. 
Monitor impact of work undertaken and services provided to people, according to organisational policies and procedures and within the scope of own job role. 
Review effectiveness of work undertaken and services provided, in relation to identified social and cultural factors impacting on people, groups and communities. 
Revise organisational policies and procedures and work undertaken and services provided to better address social and cultural issues and enhance outcomes for persons, groups and communities.
